Zushi Catering

ABN: 79 619 945 489

By placing a catering order with Zushi, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Payment

All catering orders must be placed and paid for in full at the time of ordering.

Online catering orders must be placed by 3pm at least one day prior to the required delivery or collection date. Larger orders may require additional notice and are subject to availability.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received confirmation from Zushi.

Changes to Orders

Changes to catering orders must be requested as early as possible by contacting Zushi.

Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or collection time cannot be guaranteed. Once food preparation or ordering from our suppliers has commenced, we may be unable to accommodate changes.

Any increase to an order will be subject to availability and additional payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

As our catering is prepared fresh to order and may require ingredients to be specifically purchased for your order, the following cancellation policy applies:

More than 48 hours' notice: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time are eligible for a full refund.

Between 24 and 48 hours' notice: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time are not eligible for a cash refund, however the value of the order may be provided as a Zushi credit or gift voucher for future use.

Less than 24 hours' notice or same-day cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time, including same-day cancellations and no-shows for collection, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Where required by Australian Consumer Law, nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Delivery

A minimum food spend of $100 applies to catering deliveries.

Delivery fees are calculated according to the delivery suburb and displayed at checkout.

Delivery is available to selected Sydney suburbs. If your suburb is not available at checkout, please contact Zushi before placing your order to check whether delivery can be arranged.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, contact details, access instructions and requested delivery time.

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the requested timeframe. However, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, weather and other unforeseen delays.

Where delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside Zushi's reasonable control, this does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

If our driver is unable to access the delivery location or contact the recipient using the details provided, additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.

Collection

Customers selecting collection are responsible for collecting their order from the nominated Zushi venue at the confirmed date and time.

Orders that are not collected are not eligible for a refund.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

Dietary requirements and allergies must be provided in the order notes at checkout.

We will endeavour to accommodate dietary requirements where possible; however, our kitchens handle common allergens including seafood, shellfish, gluten, soy, sesame, dairy, egg and nuts.

While reasonable care is taken when preparing orders, we cannot guarantee that any menu item will be completely free from traces of allergens due to the shared preparation environment.

Catering platters cannot generally be altered except where Zushi has agreed to accommodate a dietary requirement.

Fresh Food & Storage

Zushi catering is prepared fresh for the nominated delivery or collection time.

Sushi, sashimi and other perishable products should be consumed promptly after delivery or collection and stored appropriately until consumption.

Once an order has been delivered or collected, the customer is responsible for the appropriate storage, handling and service of the food.

Product Availability

Our menu is subject to ingredient and supplier availability.

In the event that an ingredient or menu item becomes unavailable, Zushi may contact you to arrange a suitable substitute of similar type and value.

If we are unable to reasonably fulfil a substantial part of your order, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate replacement, credit or refund.

Public Holidays

A 15% public holiday surcharge applies to catering orders placed for delivery or collection on public holidays.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the Zushi website are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Delivery charges, public holiday surcharges and any other applicable charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Incorrect or Problem Orders

If there is an issue with your catering order, including missing or incorrect items, please contact Zushi as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a replacement, refund or other remedy.
